Can you repair my device at home?
Suitable repairs can be arranged at homes, workplaces, offices, hotels or another agreed location. Model, parts, access and postcode determine availability.
Is same-day repair available?
Ask us about your model, repair and postcode. Same-day service depends on technician availability and parts; an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
What does the warranty cover?
Repairs include a 12-month warranty on fitted parts and workmanship, subject to exclusions. Liquid-damaged devices are excluded unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Read our warranty policy.
Should I back up my device?
Back up important data before repair where possible. Do not send device passcodes, passwords or full payment details in an enquiry.
Can I send my device from elsewhere in the UK?
Contact GadgetBar first for a repair quote and the correct postal instructions. Use secure packaging and an appropriate tracked service.
Will my phone remain water resistant?
Opening a device can affect seals. Do not assume the original water-resistance rating remains after repair; ask about testing and the limits of your service.
