How long does it take?
Most screen and battery repairs take under 45 minutes. Water damage and complex faults can take longer, and we’ll tell you upfront. Timing depends on the device, fault and parts required.
Can you come today?
Same-day appointments may be available. Message us with your postcode and device model, and we’ll confirm.
What’s covered by the warranty?
Aftermarket OLED screen replacements include a 12-month warranty; Genuine and Refurbished screen replacements include a 3-month warranty on the fitted screen and workmanship. Other eligible repairs carry 12 months of cover. Warranty exclusions apply, including accidental and liquid damage. See our warranty policy and booking terms.
Will I lose my data?
Screen and battery repairs don’t normally affect your data, but back up first where you can. Please don’t send passwords through our enquiry forms.
